Our 6-step process ensures secure transactions and guaranteed payments for sellers. Here's exactly how it works:
Sellers start by submitting a listing with event information.

Select the event

Set your ticket price

Enter buyer's email (Michigan Athletics email for UMich tickets)
Transfer your ticket to us to verify it.

Go to appropriate ticket transfer page (e.g., Michigan Athletics for UMich)

Input our information (Firstname: Safe, Lastname: Transaction, email: safetransactiontix@gmail) and transfer the ticket.

Our system automatically verifies ticket authenticity.

If anything goes wrong in the process we'll send the ticket back to you. If that's not possible we will supply the ticket price
Once ticket is verified, we'll email the buyer a payment link.

Ticket is verified and an email with a payment link is sent to the buyer.

Buyer has to pay within 1 hour to avoid seller waiting for a while without ownership of their ticket.

If full payment is not submitted within an hour, the ticket is sent back to the seller and we no longer accept payment.
Once payment is confirmed, tickets are automatically delivered to the buyer.

Buyer receives the original ticket email with all attachments

Transaction security maintained throughout the process

Buyer can access mobile tickets or PDFs within an hour
Once buyer submits payment, seller will be paid plus a 10% bonus on SafeTransaction.

Seller receives price of ticket plus 10% to their balance located in the homepage.

Seller can choose to withdraw funds from SafeTransaction account and money is sent through the available options.

Ticket is transferred to the buyer's account (e.g., Michigan Athletics for UMich)

At any point after this until 24 hours after the start of the event, the buyer or seller can submit a complaint if a scam has occured.
